Download libgd library

I couldn’t find gd-2.0.35.tar.gz when I was performing a server reinstall, so this is the latest copy I have available and now making it available on the internet.

Please keep a copy and provide on your own hosting space, as I could be swamped and forced to take it back off again.

UPDATE

It has been sometime that libgd.com has been down without any sign of ever coming back up.  This page has become very busy with people needing the file, I shall keep hosting the file until libgd.com comes back online again.
